Theo crafts integrated branding campaigns that solve our client's biggest challenges, showcase their brightest assets and generate real business results. Following an MBA in Strategic Marketing, he launched an international agency career. He's a master at turning our client's visions into world-class brands. At home, Theo loves being a parent, reading about politics and catching up on current affairs.
Nadia regards herself as a citizen of the world, with a wide, successful career footprint. Her degree in International Business and Marketing helps her build dynamic brands from the ground up. She's an expert at crafting brand messaging architecture using our client's brand stories and purpose. She always keeps current on brand strategy trends to give our clients that competitive advantage. She's fascinated by human behaviour, social trends and using authenticity to build successful enduring brands. Outside of work, Nadia loves cooking, spin classes and taking walks with her dog, Bruno.
Ana is an expert in PR, media and communications and takes the lead for the KMT public relations team. She comes from a fiercely competitive broadcast media and journalism background in the US & UK. She believes PR has the power to connect voices and form a global narrative that unites the world's perspectives. Ensuring the success of our clients' brands is one of her core responsibilities. She champions our client's stories to ensure they make a dynamic impact with their thought leadership, personal brand and company branding. She helps us to create memorable brands and influential leaders. Ana's remit includes designing creative, high impact campaigns, implementing multidisciplinary branding and public relations strategies. She manages collaborative press relationships so we get the best coverage for our clients. She believes in 'building back better' for a brighter future in this new era. When she's not working, Ana is busy studying Spanish and volunteering for a women's charity.
Jeremy is our lead writer. His diverse background spans journalism, branding, publishing, and editorial with a Bachelors in journalism and mass communications. A freelance journalist for over a decade, Jeremy has produced, pitched and published features, news reports, opinion columns and interviews for top tier publications on four continents. An expert narrator, he enjoys crafting powerful brand messaging and developing brand stories for our clients. He has an extraordinary understanding of both branding and communications strategies. Jeremy's favourite pastimes include film, creative writing, politics, trends and news.
Hannah is a marketing and communications professional with over 7 years of experience. She's helped varied companies to plan & implement their PR & marketing strategies internationally. Her specialities are personal PR, driving brand behaviour, building dynamic campaigns, and ensuring click-worthy media coverage. She has a distinguished record of success in securing top tier global press, including Forbes, the BBC, Sky News, Al Jazeera, Financial Times, The Telegraph, Bloomberg and The Sunday Times. She's passionate about exceeding KPIs for our clients and developing new opportunities and alliances. During off-hours, Hannah loves travelling, spending time with her family and skiing.
Sophie is an experienced media and communications consultant with an MBA in Marketing. She is skilled at driving the communications strategy for KMT's clients. With a knack for finding the story and expertise in brand & CEO profiling, she has run highly successful media campaigns for multilateral, public and private organisations. Sophie is a member of the FPA and likes to stay on top of the latest news. While not working, Sophie is a devoted mother who spends her downtime writing her first book.
James is a leading PR advisor to early-stage startups. Working across Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America, James was a former PR Manager with Web Summit, Europe's largest technology event responsible for attracting top tier media including CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes and others to the company’s events.
James has provided strategic and reputation management advisory services to more than 100 of the world's leading tech founders to help them position themselves in new markets and scale their reputations.
He also enjoys lecturing Public Relations at one of Europe’s leading technology Institutes.
Stefonie is an expert at drafting an online presence and weaving brand stories into unforgettable experiences. With a background in logistics and supply chain management, Stefonie is a digital native. And she is dedicated to doing good for our world as a proud member of Junior Optimist International (JOI). Her strategic training, international mindset and passion for great story-telling ideally position both KMT and our clients for social media success.
Ricardo uses his architecture background to bring originality to his work as our graphic designer and social media content editor. He's passionate about all things design and keeps up with current trends. He believes in keeping a positive mindset and investing in personal growth. With his imaginative eye and exceptional creativity, he is adept at designing compelling, unique content across all business sectors. Outside of work, Ricardo is often engrossed in one of his favourite films.
Rob's two decades in Entertainment offer diverse experience both as a business owner and international agency professional. His impressive multimedia portfolio includes broadcast, documentary, writing, content, commercial production, post-production, animation and advertising. Rob takes the lead on KMT's top-to-tail production services for personal and company branding, digital media and marketing. By producing outstanding branded content, captivating animations, and compelling scripts; Rob ensures that we deliver extraordinary promotional and short videos for our clients. Rob's many hobbies include cooking, cycling, golf and mucking around with eye cameras.
Nicole first discovered her passion for design unexpectedly while studying law. She takes the lead across all design aspects for KMT; ensuring creative excellence. Nicole has a natural talent for divergent thinking and approaching ideas in innovative ways. She is highly skilled across visual and brand identity, campaign development, content creation and digital marketing. Her philosophy is that design can help others view the world in a new light and create a positive impact. In her spare time, you'll find her head buried in a book or painting landscapes.
Terrence has extensive experience managing complex digital branding campaigns. His background includes a mix of sustainability, energy, professional services, charity, technology and financial organisations. He believes the best strategies combine short-term tactical wins with long-term strategies for success. He's leveraged his masters in digital media and marketing to lead on a range of digital branding initiatives from government-backed projects to international listed corporates to SMEs. He thrives on transforming individuals into brands, businesses into empires, and creating visionary, impactful personal and company branding. Terence's other interests include a love for collecting vintage cars, monitoring trends and running.
